Brian Kedzior is WUP’s Chief People Officer, responsible for creating an end-to-end employee experience that attracts the best talent in the industry, aligns the right people in the right roles to deliver on the company’s strategy and ensures those individuals can grow and develop a fulfilling career during their time at Wheels Up. Brian has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across a variety of industries focused on helping companies get better at driving change and transformation, including stints at Walgreens, Bank of Montreal, Allstate and more. He holds a BA in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University.
