Mr. Janki has served as a member of the Board since August 2023. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Delta since April 2026. Mr. Janki previously served as Delta’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2021 to March 2026. Prior to joining Delta, he held a number of high-profile positions at General Electric Company, including as Senior Vice President of GE and Chief Executive Officer of GE Power Portfolio, Senior Vice President, Business and Portfolio Transformation, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Global Business Operations, and Senior Vice President, CEO of GE Energy Management. Prior to that time, he held a wide variety of senior roles at GE Energy, GE Capital, GE Global Operations and GE Corporate.
