Mr. Bellemare has served as a member of the Board since September 2023. He has served as President – International of Delta since January 2021, leading its portfolio of international investments and working closely with Delta’s partners, and as Chairman of Delta TechOps since March 2026. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Bellemare served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. from 2015 to 2020. During his time at Bombardier, he led the company through an extensive transformation that included the certification of the C Series, now known as the Airbus A220, and the Global 7500 business jet. Before joining Bombardier, Mr. Bellemare spent 18 years in senior roles with United Technologies Corporation and as a senior advisor with the Carlyle Group regarding the aerospace, defense and government sectors. Mr. Bellemare has served on the Board of Air France-KLM SA (PAR: AF) and on the Board of Virgin Atlantic Ltd, a privately held company, since 2021.
